Jim Rickards has noted that as the Euro weakens (dollar strengthens) and approaches $1.25, the Fed will HAVE TO start the printing presses up again. They may not call it QE3, but they will have to start another program (when Operation Twist 2 ends) that will weaken the dollar once again.
